No. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
How quickly do you ship?
We usually ship out orders within 7 Working Days. Although, can take longer depending on busy days. Please view Delivery page for more details.

Please “Don’t” wait buying until very last minute.
Sometimes postal delays or other random problems may occur.
We are not responsible for such situations.

We are sorry but we cannot offer exchange, refunds or cancellation, as all our items has been specially made for you or personalised upon receiving an order.
What if the item is not in stock?
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you will receive an out-of-stock email notice and the item will be added to back orders. The items will be shipped once back in stock.
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products online. However, since the actual color you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Custom and personalized orders
All sales are final:
- No refunds are accepted
- No refunds or returns
- Can not be exchanged
- Can request a design to be made in different size, color or style from our owned and made designs.
- Do not bring us other designers work to replicate it, We will not help you with that.
- Payment be made in advance, can’t be changed once item is been made.
Urgent / Rushed Orders
Items will be delivered ASAP may take longer depending on circumstances . Normally takes 2 – 3 working days before shipping.
( Any urgent / rushed orders have to pay the extra fee – Shipping Fee and Delivery Time is not included here, that is separate chosen by you at checkout – Please select an appropriate option for Urgent / Rush order at checkout )
This option is for all clients want their orders to be delivered earlier.
- Item will be made and ship in 1 to 2 business days.
- Items to be delivered on weekend has more extra charges.
Why Madz Fashionz not responsible for Custom fee in your country?
Customs charges may apply depending on your country policies I am not liable to pay back for any custom charges been paid by you at your location – please check at your country policies yourself before placing an international order with us.
Clue: Things been bought online and been shipped via online shipping labels may get clients to charge the custom at their location reason being they know it is not a gift or present, it is a bought item from overseas.
Cancellation Fee will be deducted from your payments which will be 20% of the total price of your purchase (including postage).
My Mail just got returned. What do i do now?
Sadly when mail gets returned, shipping fees be incurred. For the shipping and return of mail back to sender.
Ask us, we do have some wholesale items available upon request.
Sizings are standard, and best can be shown through pictures. Otherwise contact us and we will measure it specially for you.
