All items are handmade and made to order once the order is received with full payment. For this reason I do not accept any refunds/returns or cancelation as it takes time and effort to make each individual item.

I need time to make each individual item and every item tells you exactly how long it will take me to get your item ready so make sure you read things carefully to avoid disappointments. I do offer urgent order processing but it will be extra charge to complete you items earlier do message me if you need something urgently.
